Building community and loving our neighbour is at the heart of Pathway, an independent registered charity, born out of a church response to the local community need in the Great Yarmouth parish.

Pathway is an independent local charity with close links to the Parish of Great Yarmouth. From the Minster Mission on Admiralty Road, it offers a free café, brunch and activities, and a foodbank.

Staff and volunteers work together to provide a warm, welcoming and non-judgemental place for practical support and companionship. People of all faiths and none are welcome.

The free café and support centre welcomes people to the Minster Mission on Admiralty Road for food, company and practical support.

  • Monday and Friday: doors open at 11.45am for a midday meal.
  • Wednesday: brunch and activities, 10am–12 noon.

No appointment or referral is needed for the café. Opening may change on public holidays; call 01493 543051 if you would like to check before visiting.

The team can also help people connect with other local support services.

Great Yarmouth Foodbank provides emergency food and help with finding further support. It operates from the Minster Mission, Admiralty Road, Great Yarmouth NR30 3DG.

Opening: Thursdays, 10am–12 noon. A foodbank voucher from a referring agency is needed.
