Worship is at the heart of life across our parish. Whether at the Minster, St. Mary’s, or St. Paul’s, each service offers a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect with God and one another. From the stillness of morning prayer and the shared meal of the Eucharist to the soaring music of Evensong, our three churches provide a variety of ways to encounter the sacred. You are warmly invited to join us, whether you are a regular member of our community or a first-time visitor. We are a parish of prayer and welcome for all people, and we hope you’ll find space in our churches to be still, to listen, and to draw closer to the mystery and joy of God’s presence.
Morning Prayer
Morning Prayer is a simple, reflective service that marks the beginning of the day with scripture, silence, and prayer. It’s a space to pause, give thanks, and entrust the coming hours to God.
Held in the peaceful surroundings of the Minster, Morning Prayer takes place on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings at 9am. All are welcome to join us, whether regularly or occasionally.

Evensong
Evensong is a beautiful, contemplative service of music and prayer, rooted in the Anglican choral tradition. It offers space for stillness at the end of the day, as the words of scripture and song are lifted to God.
At the Minster, Evensong is held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month at 6pm. The service is often led by our choir and includes psalms, readings, and an anthem. Whether you’re a regular worshipper or a visitor, Evensong is a peaceful way to draw close to the sacred.
