Worship   We would love to welcome you to one of our three churches for a service. Whether you are an interested explorer, just moved to the area, a Christian on holiday, or just inquisitive about what we do, we would be thrilled to have you with us. If you have questions, do get in touch. And you can find out more about our faith here [link].

Ministry   Our Parish is at the heart of Great Yarmouth life, looking after our local residents, visitors and tourists alike. We are a Christian presence in our precious community and offer ministry to all at important times in their lives, whether the milestone occasions of baptism, marriage and funeral or pastorally for illness and grief, and naturally any occasion when a listening ear, words of comfort and the power of prayer are needed. Please do get in touch via our Contact Us form here if you would like to speak to one of our clergy team.

Visit   The Minster is open daily for visitors, usually from 10am – 12 noon. If you are making a special journey, to avoid disappointment, do get in touch via our Contact Us form here 48 hours ahead to confirm the doors will be open.
Our other two churches, St. Paul’s Newtown and St. Mary’s Southtown generally open just for our services; but by special arrangement, we can welcome eager visitors to them at another time if you get in touch. More information about visiting The Minster here.

Events   There is always lots going on across the Parish. The Minster is a regular venue for interesting free and ticketed concerts, exhibitions, celebrations and other special events. We promote them via our Facebook page here and also on our Events page on the website here.

Volunteering   The Parish and our three churches really are a team effort. We’re a happy family of clergy, paid staff and many volunteers, all pulling together to make things happen. Naturally there are always too many tasks to be done and things we would love to do but don’t have the hours in the day.
It would be great if you would consider getting involved with church life and becoming a volunteer. There is plenty more about volunteering here.
