If a large church gathering feels daunting, a smaller, informal setting can offer a welcome place to begin. ReNew brings people together for Christian fellowship, prayer and worship at the Minster Mission on Admiralty Road.
There is time for a hot drink, biscuits or cake, alongside prayer and modern worship music. ReNew offers space to meet others and explore faith in a relaxed atmosphere.
September’s Parish Life shares encouraging news from the group: ten people attended in June and thirteen in July. Revd Richard Washington and Revd Jassica Castillo-Burley are involved, alongside Roy Burley, newly authorised as a worship assistant, and others helping with the gatherings.
When and where
ReNew meets at 4pm on the third Saturday of the month at the Minster Mission – Pathway, Admiralty Road, Great Yarmouth, NR30 3DG.
