Holy Habitats: A conversation on enhancing wildlife in your churchyard

Norfolk is renowned for its beautiful churches, and almost all 650 of them have a churchyard that often contains the last remaining undisturbed grassland in the parish. These green spaces are vital havens for wildlife.

The Norfolk Wildlife Trust and the Diocese of Norwich have worked together for over 40 years on the Churchyard Conservation scheme, giving communities expert advice on managing churchyards for biodiversity. At this session we’ll start a conversation to understand the challenges you face and offer support to help you enhance the biodiversity in your own churchyard.

Bring your questions and ideas to this informal discussion hosted at Great Yarmouth Minster. Further details will be sent the week of the event.
