80th Anniversary of D-Day is marked this year. A Lamp For Peace will be lit at a ceremony in the Minster at 12noon on Monday 13th (coffee from 11.15). This light will be taken by the charity Walking With the Wounded and carried to the D-Day beaches of Normandy for the anniversary day on 6th June.
